Course fees
The residential intensive short course fee of £2000 includes the cost of all tuition, accommodation, course notes, coffee, tea, lunches and dinners between arrival on Sunday 18 April and departure on Saturday 24 April. Please note that payment for this course must be made in pounds sterling. If payment is made on a non-UK cheque please include £15 to cover bank charges.

How to apply
Please send the following by post (to the address given on the application form):

(i) your completed application form including details of computing experience and a statement describing how you expect to benefit from the course
(ii) your CV
(iii) £2,000 course fee (cheque payable to the 'University of Warwick')
or
a request from your organisation for a University of Warwick invoice for the £2,000 course fee

If for some reason this is not possible (e.g. delay caused by application to sponsoring organisation) please apply in the normal way giving details of your particular situation.

Deadline for applications is 15th October 1998. Once we have received you application, we will then advise you whether you have been accepted onto the course.

Cancellation charges

Cancel before 16 September 1998: a full refund will be issued
Cancel between 16 September 1998 and 15 January 1999: 80% of the £2000 course fee will be refunded
Cancel between 16 January and 16 March 1999: 50% of the £2000 course fee will be refunded
There will be no refunds after March 16 1999

Cancellations must be received in writing before the dates given above.

Please note that the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to any participant who has not paid their fees in full.

If for any reason it becomes necessary to cancel this course our liability will be limited to a refund of the course fees paid. The organisers reserve the right to make alterations to the content of the course/programme as necessary.
