Geometry and Analysis on Path Spaces and Related Fields
24 - 29 July 2000
Local Organisers: David Elworthy & John Jones
ICMP Satellite Scientific Advisory Board:
L. Gross (Cornell),A.Jaffe (Harvard), M. Rockner (Bielefeld)
The principal aim of the workshop is to bring together specialists in stochastic analyis, topology and related aspects of mathematical physics to discuss techniques, constructions ,and problems, on path spaces of manifolds, especially loop spaces and also more general geometric field theories.
The workshop will be parallel to, and will interact with, a workshop on Quantization organised by John Rawnsley. It will also interact with the Warwick Geometry and Topology Symposium which has a major workshop in July preceding the GAPS workshop and will continue during the workshop period. It will also overlap with a workshop on Geometry of Moduli Spaces.
