The meeting will focus on methods implemented for biological applications, mostly transport & reaction problems arising in cellular biology. Comparison with similar methods developped for problems in material science and transport problems in soils will be a second focus. Themes: Discretisation of PDE, Efficient Implementations, Porous Media, Homogenisation, Numerical Geometry.
